CHARTER ACTIVE — STATE REGISTERED NODE

MISSION

The Phoenix Forge Foundation exists to honor Phoenix Marie by supporting education, community resilience, and ethical technology—work that keeps dignity, memory, and local agency at the centre of the human experience.

FOUNDING POSTURE We do not ring the bell. We build quiet, durable systems that outlast noise—parallel infrastructure that communities hold directly, bypassing the dependencies of centralized chokepoints.

The Foundation’s public initiatives express deep engineering principles in clear, accessible terms for families, partners, and the public record: translating local-first execution and bare-metal integrity into actionable human support.

PILLAR I

PILLAR II

Community resilience—Texas-rooted initiatives that strengthen families, foster mentorship, and anchor local networks.

PILLAR III
