Phoenix Forge Foundation is organized as a Texas nonprofit corporation with corporate frameworks fully committed to state records in May 2026.

This interface (phoenixforgefoundation.org) is the Foundation’s exclusive public node. All back-end engineering blueprints, cryptographic substrates, and coordination code repositories are isolated to secure local-first networks.
Governance documentation, foundational resolutions, and annual compliance filings will be completely published here as they are processed for public verification.
